Information we collect

We collect account details, organization details, billing identifiers, usage records, prompts, uploads, generated content, website materials, CRM records, integration settings, support requests, and technical logs needed to run and secure the platform.

How information is used

We use information to provide subscriptions, process checkouts, meter usage, generate requested content, operate integrations, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, improve the product, and communicate about service activity.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by Paddle or another configured payment processor. AI Content Studio does not store full card numbers. Payment processors may collect billing, tax, fraud-prevention, and transaction information under their own terms.

Service providers

We may use infrastructure, analytics, AI model, storage, email, telephony, and support vendors to deliver the service. These providers process information only as needed for platform operation.

Security and retention

We use access controls, scoped credentials, production logging, and operational safeguards. We retain information while an account is active and as needed for legal, tax, security, backup, and dispute-resolution purposes.
