Terms of Service

These terms govern access to AI Content Studio subscriptions, usage-based services, AI credits, and related support.

1. Service

AI Content Studio provides hosted software for content operations, website publishing, CRM workflows, AI-assisted image and media generation, review workflows, voice and phone-agent workflows, and related business automation.

2. Accounts and organizations

Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account, organization, billing, and administrator information. Actions taken by organization administrators are treated as authorized actions for that organization.

3. Subscriptions, add-ons, and usage

Paid plans renew until canceled. Some features are sold as monthly add-ons or metered usage. AI credit packs are prepaid organization balances used for platform-backed image generation and similar usage-based features.

4. Customer content

Customers retain ownership of their prompts, uploaded materials, generated drafts, brand assets, websites, and business data. Customers must have the rights required to upload or process their content through the service.

5. AI outputs

AI-generated output can be inaccurate or unsuitable without review. Customers are responsible for reviewing, approving, and legally clearing public-facing content before use.

6. Acceptable use

Customers may not use the service to violate law, infringe intellectual property, compromise security, send unlawful spam, impersonate others, or generate deceptive, harmful, or illegal content.

7. Cancellation and refunds

Subscriptions may be canceled before the next renewal. Refund handling is described in the Refund Policy at /refund-policy.
